Team Ireland has attracted media coverage about their journey already with mentions noted in Ultra VW Magazine, Volksworld Magazine, VW Magazine Australia and also on the the home page of www.landracing.com where a statement was issued that the National 36hp Class was having a name change to that of the International 36HP Class, necessitated by the entrance of “The Team from Europe”
There has subsequently been a lot of media interest in the Team and their progress to date.
